Medium Duty Racking

Consists of assembly frame, step beam or angle iron welded beam, steel panel or wire decking panel or wooden panel.Also called long span racking ,long span shelving,boltless shelving.According to the load capacity , It can be divided into Medium Duty Storage Rack Type A and Medium Duty Storage Rack Type B .

Medium-duty Rack A,

Good and cheap, Complete joggling, easy assembling, Optional combination. Static loading only. Not to be used with forklift.

Features:

1) Easy to dismantle and assemble without any nuts & bolts and tools

2) Utilize the space of warehouse effectively

3) Can be adjusted freely by a pitch of 50mm

Medium-duty Rack B,

with structure of butterfly hole,is convenient at joint together.Solid and strong,with good bearing capacity,economic by using main rack and vice rack together and wood layer on the P beam.

Features:

1) Easy assembly and disassembly; limitless connection to main auxiliary rack; enhanced rack robustness

2) Save investment; layer plates arbitrarily adjustable at 75mm steps; steel, wood and other layer plates can be used

3) Rack consists of column disc, crossbeams, layer plates, safety pins and plastic footing.

Packaging: 
1.Small shevling, like boltless shelving and industrial rack is box packing or upon customers request;
2.For big size of rack, beam and uprights are packed by poly straps; poly sheet; and wood pallet;
3.Accessories of steel pallet racking are packed by cartons or boxes. 

Container load:50-100 sets per 1x20ft container, 100-160 per 1x40ft container

Within 15 days for ordinary order quantity.
